About the game
A hand-crafted 3D puzzle box adventure and escape room mystery. Open locked boxes, turn brass mechanisms and solve clockwork puzzles across eight chapters and six lighthouses.
Cornwall, April 1912. On the morning of the eclipse, Elowen Penhallow, the finest lens-maker on the coast, stepped into the light of Morvoren lighthouse and was gone. You were her apprentice. Now her coffer has arrived on your desk with a letter in her hand. Every lock remembers the hand that closed it. Open it, and follow her.
A PUZZLE BOX YOU CAN TOUCH
Turn, slide, wind and peer at every mechanism. Drawers hide drawers, dials hide codes, and nothing is decoration: every hinge, gear and scratch can matter. If you love tactile puzzle boxes and escape rooms, this is made for you.
LOOK, RATHER THAN MERELY SEE
Elowen's Afterlight Lens shows old light that has faded from the world: fingerprints on a button, a word written in condensation, the path a beam of light once took. What the eye forgets, the lens remembers.
EIGHT CHAPTERS, SIX LIGHTHOUSES
- The Coffer (free): a puzzle box on a rainy desk, a pocket watch stopped at 10:42, and a lighthouse in miniature.
- The Lamp Room: climb Morvoren Light in a storm and wake the great clockwork lens.
- The Umbra Orrery: beneath the lighthouse, rebuild the eclipse and find her in the light.
- The Five Lights: Godrevy, Pendeen, the Longships, Wolf Rock and the Lizard. Split sunlight with prisms, start a fog-signal engine, read the tides, send Morse by lamp and wire a dynamo. Each lighthouse hides a machine of hers and a part of her light. Gather them all and bring her home.
